- Act as a liaison between company and external contacts, municipalities, landlords, contractors, and customers- Complete site survey with city, LAN, and contractors to determine best location for ‘meet point’ at ROW- Design trench ways/bore ways for installation of 4” conduit raceways for fiber/coax lines- Demarcate and schedule utility location services and insure location services completed as per design- Manage construction associated with macro sites, fiber installation, small cell systems, and wireless macro site upgrades - Read, understand, and modify cell site schematics to fit safety, construction, and permit requirements- Manage sub-contractors from bids to close out packages and ensured quality work was being completed/delivered- Manage 5 in-house crews on a daily basis – scheduling, material/equipment, scopes of work, deliveries
