Project Manager
Current- PM & Scrum Master for Plataforma Agro teams. - Comprehensive account management (Main PM): Management and administration of the account both human and financial, according to the objectives established by the Latam Region.- Definition and support of tools and/or instruments for project management (according to the current stage of the project).- Definition and support of the work framework/methodology/resources/budgets applicable to the project at each of its stages.- Management of the entire release and sprint lifecycle, from the planning meeting, through daily stand-up meetings, to retrospectives and demos.- Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports on the results of the sprint and/or stage of each project (depending on the audience -internal teams and Macro & Globant board).- Preparation, management, and monitoring of the risk/issues plan, proposing mitigation actions and tracking them.- Generation and administration of the P&L of the account, managing the budget of each POD.- Certification of team hours belonging to the account and its billing.- Generation and administration of the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Scope of Work (SOW), and corresponding Amendments.- Negotiations with various account stakeholders, establishing roadmaps and commercial proposals.
