•Outbound and inbound calls from customers in US, Canada, and Argentina for collection (even 3 months behind) and warranty purpose.•Negotiates debt repayment with consumers. Listens carefully to what they say, ask good questions and overcome obstacles. Obtains firm agreements to repay debt in a timely manner. • Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.•Treat customers warmly and helped them with the reason of call.•Verify and update all data from customer in every call.•Guide customers through the warranty process, providing technical service and troubleshooting to solve issues with products.•Assistance with budgets and processing parts order.•Maintained reports of every communication with the clients.
