About Ignacio Roger Vallés

Since I was young I have had a great passion to understand how things around us work, and along with the curiosity and motivation that guide me, I decided to study a degree in engineering, which I considered was the best opportunity to find answers to those questions.Later, and always guided by my curious spirit, I felt the need to meet new people, new places, new cultures and leave my comfort zone, that's why I decided to spend a semester abroad and go to Portugal to carry out a project with people from all over Europe, which was an excellent experience.I constantly look for challenges that help me to grow in a professional and personal way, that is why I have studied a Master in Management, at IESE Business School. Since my values ​​go hand in hand with those of IESE Business School, along with being one of the best business schools in Europe and the world, I decided to accept this unique opportunity. Through this challenge, I have been to learn from the best, meet people and, above all, enhance my skills and also acquire skills necessary to be part of the leaders that the world needs in the near future.I am a person who feels passion for helping people, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, communication and helping people to become a better version of themselves.
