Main responsabilities:- 3D design of function parts: Shifter, parking brake, B-pedal and C-pedal, and steering wheel. Main focus on shifters (lever, knob, HPI, and cables), both new developments and carry-over parts.- Projects development follow-up (both internally and with suppliers) at different project phases and problem-solving towards mass production, ensuring cost targets and design requirements.- Plan and development of vehicle performance tests of Toyota vehicles and benchmarking of other OEMs, analysis of results, preparation of reports, and reflection on design.- Root cause analysis of problems that occurred during mass production or at clients, and definition of countermeasures plans based on risks, lead times, and cost.

Main responsabilities:- In charge of some manufacturing processes, including PCB automated optical inspection machines (AOI), automated aluminum crimping stations, and various assembly robots. Significant improvements have been made to these processes in terms of efficiency and reliability.- Significantly improved production lines' productivity/efficiency using Lean Manufacturing techniques: QRQC, FMEA, PDCA, DOE, FDPR...- Industrialized and validated new processes and projects.- Designed and reviewed designs of new tooling and fixtures for machines and manual processes.
