Ignacio Vazquez provides support and assistance with energy delivery issues to local cities and communities and represents Oncor in all local government, civic and community related initiatives. Ignacio serves as a liaison for both our communities and our internal partners.Ignacio Vazquez has 25 years of experience in the electric utility industry providing proactive communication, management, leadership, and advocates Oncor’s initiatives and positions. Ignacio is a highly driven and self-motivated person, quick learner with very strong relationship building and with exceptional organizational skills.

Ignacio Vazquez cultivated an internal and external relationships to achieve excellence in electric delivery service; supervised and monitored UD activities within the KRT District which included the coordination and the completion of employee training activities to enhance their job skills and knowledge. Assisted with the decision making in the design, policy interpretation, and concurrence of complex projects to ensure they were designed to meet the current guidelines to protect company personnel and the public. Assisted with tracking projects through the construction process to ensure timely completion and accurate posting of DIS data and financial records.

Ignacio Vazquez developed designs, prepared estimates, and managed major scope projects to ensure quality construction of electric distribution system in accordance with all Company policies, governmental requirements, and accepted standards to meet the needs of new and existing customers. Ignacio assisted with job scheduling, material procurement and construction to meet customers’ requirements, and provided technical support, information, and guidance to internal and external work groups. In addition, assisted with storm restoration and damage evaluation.

Ignacio Vazquez developed designs and prepared estimates for system additions, expansions, and modifications. Prepared legal documents such as: easements, FEA, LOA and DSA agreements, exclusions, permits and encroachments. Ignacio Vazquez was responsible to secure funding for special and reactive projects, secure construction permits from TXDOT, Municipalities, Counties and other Government Agencies. Ignacio cultivated and maintained relationships across organizations to meet customer and client needs.
