I am a skilled professional with a diverse background in operations management and quality assurance. Currently, I am leveraging my expertise in cloud engineering and big data analysis to drive digital transformation as a Cloud Engineering Digital Technology Leader at Equifax.In my current role, I work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative digital solutions that transform internal operational processes. My focus on leverage cloud technology to continuous process improvement and data-driven decision-making has helped the operational team to achieve functional goals and objectives while promoting a culture of quality and operational excellence.Prior to this role, I gained valuable experience in management and leadership as a Front Line Manager OPS and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Equifax. Additionally, I have completed several professional development programs, including the Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) and Management Skills Program from ADEN International Business School.I hold a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Costa Rica and have also earned a Design Thinking certification from Cenfotec.
