- Statistics and expert analysis of demand for a Key customer;- Support in evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns for the customer;- Customer Collaboration through collaborative forecasting and sell-out trends analysis;- Participation in formation of the forecast demand in a region at SKU in terms of the month;- Post-analysis of forecast to detect the real effect of the volume of activities, innovations, promotions and other (in entrusted customers);- Innovation forecasting in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing team: Formation of forecast for innovation in the region, including a plan of distribution and product life cycle;- Collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing: interaction on evaluation of potential activities to support forecasting level of sales.

- Import/Export of glass products;- Coordination of transport with the carrier and control;- Invoicing for payment of goods and controlling;- Approval of Export tariffs with the transport company;- Preparation of Sales and Purchase Contracts and Annexes;- Work with Export documentation for customs clearance;- Analyze and update short-term and long-term demand;- Reports preparation and forecasting;- Support S&OP process by providing accurate analytical data on time and preparing presentations;- Preparation of the database for ASM project development;- Developing reports in Power Bi Desktop.

- Working with regional warehouses (RDCs), Stock Planning;- Reports preparation and forecasting;- Safety Stocks development for RDCs;- Work and purchase materials from External suppliers;- Checking purchase invoices and signing them in the electronic document management program;- Purchasing automotive glass from European factories;- Analyze and provide information on availability of stock to the sales department;- Preparing Master Date in SAP (Logistics) - creating new routes (trucks / wagons), transport zones, entering and updating tariffs, creating transport zones and stations for wagons.- Participation in the project to open a new external Mixing warehouse- Silicon Valley:I. Training of warehouse employees in the SAP program; II. Development of reports for the warehouse with European colleagues;III. Technical support for Silicon Valley warehouse.
