Completion of the project by the new owner:- Creation of a project team- Selection and contracting of an EPC contractor for the redesign and construction of a plant among Chinese cement companies- Development and implementation of a strategy for connecting to power supply networks, gas, railway- Conducting an audit of existing structures and equipment in order to determine further use- Preparation of the budget and schedule for the implementation of the project (total budget of 300 Meur) including quarry and infrastructure
