- Develop and maintain the overall QA strategy for various product development goals- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories- Automated testing of REST API services- Functional, Regression, System integration testing- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute acceptance testing and release management activities- Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders, including providing regular status reports and presenting to leadership team as needed.

- Ensure proper adoption of the Scrum framework within the team. Set up and facilitate the Scrum events, increase their effectiveness. - Working with the Product owners and Product managers to maximize the value of the product being delivered through constant prioritization and refinement of the product backlog.- Help the team to come up with a transparent and achievable plan for each iteration.- Establish effective communication between the stakeholders, product owners and developers.- Track progress towards short-term (Sprint goal) and long-term (Product goal) milestones.- Report to various stakeholders through different stages of the project.- Collect and analyze metrics.- Set up and maintain Jira projects and boards, entities and their workflows to support the established development process on all stages. Enable the team to experiment.- Create a healthy atmosphere within the team, where everyone is able to make a positive impact on the way things work. - Manage risks.- Help the newcomers adapt, contributed to the development of the Onboarding framework.- React on escalations and production incidents to allocate the most effective efforts towards addressing it.
