Mr. Igor Tkachenko is PhD in Political Science. Assistant professor at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine) with more than 20 years of professional experience in public policy development and implementation. in 2016, As Head of Staff at newly established National Agency on Corruption Prevention co-organized launching of the electronic system of public officials assets disclosure in Ukraine.In 2018-2022 as project manager in the OSCE developed and implemented ICT solutions for election comissions. Develop University courses and teach students on Good Governance, NVT and Elections Digital Transformation, Democratization, Public Policy, Anti-corruption.
