20 years in enterprise software design, development, pre-sale, delivery and management.Currently I lead a team of Architects and refine opportunity2proposal processes for full stack digital channels solutions to expose existing or create new products across fintech, telco, media, healthcare and logistic domains.I lead a tribe of Enterprise/adPaaS Developer2Developer product teams at Sber-Technology. Product focus area was the service layer in an environment of an enterprise digital transformation: UI components, content brokerage, distributed session cache, omni-channel user workflow orchestration, developer productivity tools in the area. As tribe lead, my focus was to build and enable product development and support teams, lead product vision, define and track tribe goals, upsell to and take care of product customers. My area of responsibility was the tribe P&L and the Platform development goals. I also lead internal transformation projects to change product development&delivery model from in-house-oriented custom development to licensed software (enterprise segment).That included focus on building an independent and safe software development production line as well as designing target product development processes, their integration to other process environments.I obtained most of my wide experience in different roles at Netcracker Technology.There I traveled across the globe and worked with Tier 1/2/3 Telcos to develop, design, architect, deliver, sell BSS/OSS solutions that drove Telcos transformation programs. Some of the Telcos I was happy to work with: Telefonica O2 UK (BSS transformation), Deutsche Telekom (OSS transformation), Telus and Shaw Canada, Sprint USA, SwissCom, M-net (BSS/OSS transformation) etc.
