- Responsible for structuring the Corporate Marketing department (6 companies, 19 factories and 2 administrative offices): hiring teams and sizing investments to strengthen corporate brand and expand new business;- Preparation of Annual Marketing Plan and Budget: implementation of strategic measures, promotional investments and market reports for the Board of Directors;- Creation of new positioning on corporate communication, branding, logos (for each company), brand guides, brochures, intranet, internal integration campaign and press office;- Implementation of corporate website and social networks: new platform, boosting, SEO, metrics tracking, institutional video, media content approval and campaigns;- Product Management: portfolio review, market segmentation, creation of brands and new packaging (materials and layout), communication positioning, catalogue creation (online and offline), technical bulletins, videos, advertisement and training to the Commercial area;- Direct interface with Sales area: monitoring and guidance of field work, customer relationship through CRM activities, integration of technical and commercial teams in fairs and events;- Market Intelligence: sales performance analysis of company and competitors (BI). Market reports to support decision making in the Commercial area;- Social and Environmental Responsibility projects through investments with federal, state and local incentive funds (+ R$ 1 MM p.a.), preparation of annual reports, dissemination of actions through media channels and annual event with engagement of employees and supported project teams;- Active participation in events and entities of the sector. Member of the board of Instituto Trata Brasil and the Marketing Committee of Amcham Campinas.

- Responsible for restructuring the Marketing area, a team with 4 direct employees;- Preparation of Annual Marketing Plan and Budget with Reports to Israel;- Sales Interface: Relationship with distributors through CRM activities and organization of the Annual Distribution Channel Meeting. Preparation of sales forecasts, product inventory monitoring and profitability (P&L) periodic analysis of the main products and customers;- Preparation of corporate materials and company communication management;- Trade Marketing: contact with major distributors, active participation in events and entities of the Agribusiness sector and organization of travel groups for technical visits in Brazil and abroad.

- Strategic Plan, communication advisory and events for automotive customers.

- Product Category Management (Ovomaltine, Cereals & Baby Care Products – Lillo by Gerber and Fiona);- Preparation of Strategic Marketing Plan and Reports to USA;- Product training for major customers’ teams; contact with the distributor responsible for exports to Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay;- Preparation of materials and promotional instruments;- Performance analysis of the Main Clients (P&L), tactical actions and Trade Marketing activities.

- Represent the product line addressing the medical class and provide the Marketing area with relevant information to establish strategies;- Use tools and audits provided by the company to organize efficient working routines, prioritizing actions with physicians who present the largest prescription potential.

- Organize and prepare tenders, inviting interested companies.
