Responsible for the following activities:- Searching for global suppliers for strategic categories; - Consolidation of global demand in order to leverage gains; - Identifying global opportunities to reduce cost;- Responsible for global negotiations; - Global Category Management and strategic sourcing;- Managing the supplier database for each region; - Mapping and standardizing processes across regions;- Supply analysis in order to select and negotiate;- Development of comprehensive policies and procedures; - Implementation of global projects (replacement suppliers, strategic sourcing and diversification focusing on reduce disruption risk).

Responsibilities directed to support the restructuring and development of the supplier management dpt. Responsible for the following activities:- Redesign and standardization of internal processes for evaluating suppliers; - Restructuring and standardization of supplier registration process; - Development of risk matrix for strategic suppliers; - Preparation and publication of the Supplier Guidebook; - Managing the supplier database, reducing more than 1,500 suppliers; - Creation and management of performance indicators; - Report KPI's to management level;- Training methodologies for Procurement team.

The trainee program covered Internal Control Department.
