In the Digital Account tribe, I participated in the BaaS migration process and the regularization of Blu as a payment institution regulated by the Central Bank. Furthermore, I contributed to the implementation of Indirect Pix, Open Finance, and identity verification in the Onboarding process, such as document analysis journeys, liveness, and facematch.

As a Product Designer at mobLee, I focused on optimizing the platform for online events by developing a new style guide, refining navigation flows, and conducting user journey studies with a focus on web applications.During this time, I had the privilege of applying best design practices and conducting benchmarks to improve user research methods. We adopted agile methodologies such as Scrum and Lean Design to deliver results quickly. It was a rewarding experience applying these practices and methodologies to enhance user experience and achieve efficient results.
