I was Head of Production, Maintenance and Hardware R&D at Print boks, where I helped formulate, define and drove one of very important part of Print boks strategy. I worked to share our strategy and vision with customers, partners and investors. During all this time I worked on improvements and have successfully developed new concept of printbox machine. I participated in the upgrading of the product to a higher level to make it technologically sophisticated and friendly for all our users. I was also responsible for the reorganization of the service and maintenance department during the period of improvement when vital parts were installed in printbox for easier control and problem solving situations.

I lead a maintenance team of six maintaners. I was responsible for smooth operation of all machinery and associated equipment in the production. Also I was actively involved in the care and improvement of the existing product lines as also developing of new product lines.
