UK INDIA DOSTI Indian Art Festival, an extraordinary event by MITHILAsmita that showcased the talent and artistry of 75 rural women artists from India was being organised under my leadership and curation. The festival featured art workshops and exhibitions held in London, Glasgow, and New Delhi, where talented traditional and indigenous artists shared their knowledge and skills as gurus. TAES was an annual event organized by MITHILAsmita Trust to empower micro/small/medium artisan entrepreneurs of India through a series of conferences, workshops, funding and travelling exhibitions to directly impact over 500 artisans of India, primarily women, while indirectly impacting 2500 rural lives. TAES2018 was organized at National Crafts Museum, New Delhi funded by the Ministry of Textiles and supported by Ministry of MSME, Government of India, the Embassy of United States of America and the Embassy of France in India .

During my secondment tenure as a Chevening Clore Fellow at Tate, I had the privilege of undertaking my Clore secondment at Tate, encompassing both Tate Modern and Tate Britain. My focus revolved around developing a volunteer retention and re-engagement strategy in a post-COVID era, along with spearheading the digital implementation of volunteer resources. This experience enabled me to utilize my cultural, analytical, and technical skills while immersing myself in the extraordinary works exhibited at Tate. I gained invaluable insights into their operations, strategy, and partnerships. Moreover, I had the unique opportunity to shadow esteemed leaders of the institution and actively participate in meetings and negotiations with board members, further enriching my professional journey.

In 2019, I had the honor of leading and curating the 'Annual Cultural Festival for Children' - the Indradhanush Festival, under the esteemed guidance of the Director and Chairperson of CCRT, Ministry of Culture, Government of India. As the appointed leader, I passionately crafted strategies, meticulously curated the event, and spearheaded its successful execution. The festival showcased India's rich cultural heritage through art, music, dance, and tradition, inspiring a new generation. My dedication fostered partnerships, expanding the festival's impact, and energized the CCRT team. The Indradhanush Festival became a transformative celebration, leaving an enduring imprint on participants' hearts and minds.

The Australia India Youth Dialogue (AIYD) is the pre-eminent track-two young leaders’ dialogue between Australia and India. Held in India and Australia in alternate years, the AIYD hosts 15 of the best and brightest young minds from each country at an annual conference.The AIYD enables a rich exchange of ideas between emerging leaders to think creatively about how the Australia-India relationship may be strengthened through their own work and efforts.

I was responsible for the implementation and support of SAP technology-based Enterprise solution, SAP Supplier Relationship Management Solution for IBM clients internationally. I was also responsible to take up leadership roles (as Onsite lead) in India and overseas to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

I was responsible for SAP Supplier Relationship Management Enterprise solution for SAP clients globally. I acted as a global techno-functional point of contact for SAP Catalog Content Management solution implemented world-wide. My role also included identifying and fixing issues in the existing SAP SRM solution, and releasing notes/corrections for future implementations.
