My law practice focuses on Cybersecurity law, Government Contracts law, and International law. My clients range from start-ups to multinational corporations. In the rapidly changing area of Cybersecurity, I advise clients on legal strategies for mitigating risk and liability for data breaches. In the area of Government Contracts, I represent my clients in bid protests at the GAO, Court of Federal Claims, and the FAA's ODRA; in size protests at the SBA; and in claims against the U.S. Government at the agency level, at the CoFC, the ASBCA and the CBCA. I have also defended clients against debarment, IG investigations, and DCAA audits. In addition, I have litigated or settled disputes between prime contractors and subcontractors in State and Federal courts, and in Federal and international arbitrations. I also advise clients on compliance with the ITAR, EAR, FCPA and OFAC sanctions programs, and defend them against government investigations alleging violations of those regulatory regimes.
