I worked as Business Area Director / Managing Director of the subsidiary (Foudia Länsi-Uusimaa Oy), I was responsible for the development of new housing projects in Espoo, including project management, planning and production management responsibilities.Responsible for building new development issues and take care of contract negotiations and land acquisitions with the necessary real estate transactions and trade agreements. Tasks include liaising with key stakeholders such as land funds, architects, contractors, developing feasibility analyzes for the development phase and preparing investment decisions. Manage the implementation of the design and production phases. Responsible for applying building permits in collaboration with the designers. Managing the project implementation according to the project budget and drafted the necessary works contracts with schedules. Task include also the responsibility for the financial and scheduled monitoring of the production phase.
