Matek is the oldest and most experienced modular house producer in Estonia. Our main aim is to offer our partners modular turnkey solutions. That consisting of high-level technical design, efficient production and professional assembly of the modules on the building site. All of our products Sintef or ETA certified (CE), guaranteeing high-quality results at the end.
Our company has 100 workers with annual turnover around 15 MEUR in a year. We have conducted around 400 projects over the past 10 years portfolio consisting of row houses, apartment buildings and area developments of single and double houses. Majority of the production goes as export to Scandinavian countries Norway, Sweden and Finland, but also to other European countries.
We own a modern factory with production area of 15 000m2 located in the city of Pärnu only 2 hour drive from Tallinn.
In addition to solutions based on customer’s own architectural drawings we have created our very own module concept. Our elaborate module solutions easily enable you to combine different room solutions -– just “plug and play” as our moto says!
