I joined Infinity IT Solutions in 2015 as a driven, highly motivated and ambitious professional looking to excel in my role to pursue a fulfilling and successful career. Nearly 10 years on, through hard work and dedication I have progressed from new business development, to account management and currently work as an account director managing senior accounts.I see myself as a problem solver, identifying issues and requirements a customer has, and understanding the customers overall goals before providing a solution to meet their specific requirements. Engaging with customers is something I really enjoy, getting to know and understand people, building strong relationships, and providing them with a point of contact they can trust and know will be there for them in times of need. From my history in new business sales, dealing with rejection doesn't phase me and my drive and will to succeed is natural through my competitive nature as a person who loves playing sport. I am continually looking to better myself and learn new skills in my field of work. I relish getting to test my existing skills, and believe I can communicate my knowledge through personality making it easily understandable by all people I engage with.
