▪ Checking and ensure all invoices and other supporting document has been received▪ Manage payment process and expenditure cycle as well as its related internal controls▪ Process payment for all transaction which contains of vendor invoices, expenses, business,and other payment▪ Control for the cash balance and cash flow to ensure the balance has sufficient for operational needs▪ Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in General Ledger and accurate in a timely manner▪ Maintain bank reconciliation for all transactions and resolve the differences▪ Assist for monthly closing, audit, and other adhoc▪ Maintain relationship and handle external communication with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external parties as necessary
