As one of the two team leaders I lead the weekly meetings and I'm responsible for PR.My current project revolves around automatic adaptation to sonic environments, by using Machine Learning to enhance the sound source separation and speech recognition algorithm.

During this graduate course, students will learn the basics of autonomous mobile robotics; starting with navigation, behavior modelling and speech interaction and finally object recognition and manipulation. I instruct the students in behavior modelling and speech interaction allowing them to control a mobile platform robot through speech.

During my time with the Connectie, I primarily worked on the layout for four semi-annual editions and kept the website up to date. As an AI student from Groningen, I was responsible for the contact with the AI degree program and the local Study Association. Together with other AI enthusiasts, we found student and staff willing to write for our magazine.

As one of the four TA's, I supervise and assist groups of bachelor students working on Nao humanoid robots. On top of that, I prepare and give lectures to the students about our robots, the behavioral framework and details on programming the Nao.

Working on our domestic service robot, Sudo, proves to be challenging but with the help of the team, I felt comfortable fast. After this I became one of the team leaders.
