I was responsible for overseeing all aspectsof our business for profit and loss accountability. I directly manage a team of 6-8 managers along with a staff of 100 to 165 employees at any given point in time.I was responsible for the quality, performance, and morale ofeveryone at the Cite. I regularly hosted high level client site audits,which inspected for performance, security, and quality of theinventory entrusted to our company. I was responsible for directcommunication with our external clients as well as the internal senior management.

I was responsible for overseeing all parts of the supply chainoperation from import to storage and export transportation. Ispecialized in the opening of operations for major retail distributors inCalifornia, Arizona, Indiana and Ohio.I directly managed over 10 managers and up to 70 warehouseemployees at any given point in time. I set up direct ship fulfillmentoperations that was time sensitive and had many moving parts. Imanaged over 23 different client projects at one time.
