Lawrence Real Estate and Remodeling, dba(1979-present)I specialize in "village remodeling and equity building". Meaning, I use the time and talents of my contractor/tenants to upgrade my rental properties and keep my "village" happy with good service and "skin in the game". I am also an advocate for hiring talented journeymen and the marginal in society who are on the verge of homelessness and lifting them up to being the best they can be. I have also saved no less than 10 young middle and high school children of my contractors from the dangers of truancy by getting them reinvolved back in school and mentored toward the uniformed likes of football, JROTC, band, etc. I am good at what I do. I am active on a few local boards and try to help out behind the scenes for our community. I also love promoting and teaching competitive squash when possible and hitting tennis with my children on vacation. I also have liked to go out to dinner with my beautiful wife and our couple's friends. I had a lovely wife of 34 years and three children in their 20's and 30's. High academics and competitive sports are part of their lives.
