Job Description: Meeting/working with key stakeholders to understand the processes / business requirements, document them, propose solutions, design and develop BI dashboards as per requirements.Designed and developed extensive Qlikview reports using combination of charts and tables.Created/ Migrated excel based periodic reports for the management team based on the requirements and ensured that scheduled jobs/PDF reports successfully run on time in compliance with high data quality.Doing maintenance/change request of live Dashboards and processing change request for those dashboards as well Good expertise in creating Data Modeling from different data sources, to provide end to end solution using Qlikview applications Performance tuning by analyzing and comparing the turnaround times between SQL and QlikviewCompleted Project in Qlikview:Completed Sales Rep, Sales Management, Marketing and Sales League Management Dashboard for Client to provide updates on overall Sales done by Sales community to Top ManagementPrepared Quality dashboard to improve, maintain and control data quality with in the processPrepared PDF Reports in Qlikview for various manual reports those were prepared by Reporting team. These reports are getting distributed to Sales Community on defined frequency

 WFA:-My role was to process different requests like Hire, LOA, W4, Termination & all Job data related request etc. Was responsible for doing audit of the daily work processed by other associates. Was also providing assistance and support to offshore and onshore with their queries and handling urgent issues and escalation that were coming from the client. Was maintaining daily Metrics and updating dashboard for onshore and offshore. Was also updating SOP on a regular basis or as per requirement and providing training to New Hires in our process.Was preparing ‘commit time’ sheet to ensure that all the requests get closed within the SLA. Was responsible for preparing the RSL 7 report which enabled us to know the Timeliness of the team. This report would be sent to the onshore team on a monthly basis. Payroll:-I was handling Phase I and Phase II Payroll processes like online checks, Termination Workup (Overpayment calculation), Payline entries.Was handling Solution center request like Employment verification, Unemployment verification and IDMU.Was processing Mass load request in Payline and ensuring 100% accuracy.Updating Payroll checklist and Term Workup sheet once Payroll confirmed or as per requirement.Was responsible for providing training to New Hire in our process and have trained Sandeep Shirke to all processes related to all Phase I and Phase II.
