My background includes serving as a customer service specialist within both call-center and retail environments. Currently, I work on the CBN Service Desk, where my responsibilities include providing customer service, hardware/ software troubleshooting, software installation, hardware setup, managing company issued assets, and process implementation.Previously, I worked within a high-volume customer-support call center for Canon ITS . In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as hardware, software, and equipment malfunctions). Here I consistently met my call volume goals, handling an average of 30 to 40 calls per day.In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills through my employment as a Front Desk Associate and a Service Experience Associate at the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites on one of the largest naval bases in the worldI also bring strong computer proficiencies Microsoft Office 2016 – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ,a degree in Graphic Design, as well an Mac Support Essentials Certification and ITIL Certification.
