My function in the team was to support the development of RAN product. Managed the vendor relations to create an operationally viable product, provided operational requirements and established the process around them.

As a Motorola subscriber Field Engineer, I was responsible for vast North East region of the USA. My responsibilities included building & sustaining relations with Nextel and dealers by providing them technical, sales and distribution support.

As a Motorola system engineer I was responsible to design and deploy the iDEN green field projects through out the world. I was promoted as Engineering Project Management role to lead the engineering teams, maintain schedule, design network, managed vendors and customer during the project. Key Projects includes: MiDEN – Morocco: It was a small 100 site turn key system. NeoWorld – Washington DC: It was an 80 sites 900MHz iDEN EBTS deployment.
