RI grew up in India, studied Computer Science in the United States, been a dotcommer in the main-street, then unknowingly wandered towards delivering revenue-generators on Wall Street, and eventually landed Down Under, and he has built and led teams in all these places. He's a teacher, mentor, and consultant. His approach is to focus his teams on problem solving and on architecting solutions that work pragmatically. Over the last twenty years he has developed strong management, risk identification, and mitigation skills, observing, implementing, and learning about things that work and things that don't.He finds human beings more interesting than computers, and is ever fascinated by the craft of storytelling, and in particular, the positive and uplifting stories from the annals of the cubicle farm that so many of us in the technical world call our home away from home.Presently a Sydney-sider, his most recent work has dealt with managing chaos in transforming a program delivery entity for a multinational giant.Specialties: A desire to simplify and improve the way things work, expanded to include organizations and people.
