I have successfully managed multiple projects across different channels, platforms, and markets, using data analysis and analytical reasoning to optimize performance and ROI.I am also passionate about giving back to the community and supporting the development of the Albanian Canadian diaspora. Since 2018, I have been serving as the Chair of the Board at ACE Society, a non-profit organization that promotes excellence, leadership, and education among Albanian Canadians. In this capacity, I have guided the Board in fulfilling its mandate, ensured the Board has the resources required to carry out its responsibilities, and represented the Board at official functions and interactions with other organizations. I have also played a leading role in fundraising and financial planning for the organization, securing multiple grants and donations from various sources.
