I have a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from University of San Carlos, and I am currently a Client Onboarding Specialist at Esusu, a fintech company that helps renters build credit and save money. My core competencies include customer relationship management, communication, and data analytics.In my current role, I help new customers set up their accounts, verify their identities, and enroll in the credit reporting program. I also provide support and guidance to customers throughout their journey with Esusu, answering their questions and resolving their issues. I use various tools and platforms, such as Excel, CRM, and text messaging, to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that is passionate about empowering people to achieve their financial goals.
