CurrentJob description* Build personal business goals* Searching & exploiting customers through different omnichannel channels* Research, evaluate and develop the target market* Identifying and developing relationships with potential customers* Maintain existing customer relationships* Perform transaction work with customers from searching, quoting to signing contracts* Negotiate contract terms and follow-up the entire contract until its completion* Coordinating with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that orders are executed according to the contract* Follow up customer payment, ensure on-time debtProject Outbound campain - Outsourcing* Promote sales, improve telesales team performance* Listen back to the sales staff's consultations by phone every day* Ensure team activities adhere to service delivery policies, regulations, and standards.* Train & coach new employees.* Improve the quality & sales of the team in charge, control the quality of sales daily.* Reporting and analysis of employee performance.
