Senior Director, Project Services
Current• Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.• Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.• Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to projects as needed to ensure successful outcomes.• Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.• Monitor project performance against established goals and KPIs• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors involved in project delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.• Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements and implementing processes to continuously improve quality across projects.• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring that stakeholders are properly informed and engaged throughout the change management process.
