 Set up and manage a team of experienced Solution Engineers to support the European/worldwide country teams in local integration projects around the MEGA HOPEX products. (Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, Business Process Analysis). Set up and manage a team of SAAS administrators to provide services to worldwide customers Ensure issue-free operation based on service management according to ITIL by takeoveraccountability of all service components and service dependencies. Plan and monitor the service budget and resources.
