I’m freelancing within three fields—food & sustainability, education, and project management—What and How? Food & SustainabilityI hold a degree in Food Technology and Sciences and an expertise on Circular Economy. I complete my research/intenship at AIMPLAS Research Institution on food waste.Over the past seven years, I’ve traveled to eco-communities, gaining hands-on experience in sustainability.I’m a self-taught cook who has been cooking for large groups at projects and retreats for the last four years. For more, check out Sweet & Sour!Education & Learning Working at Olde Vechte, I create an experiential learning environment, using cooking as a tool for community building for people from disadvantaged backgrounds, combining food and education in meaningful ways.For the past seven years, I’ve been deeply involved as a volunteer, working with AUThors and co-founding Femmess in my hometown.I’ve participated in groups, following Gestalt Psychotherapy and Psychodrama methods for over six years, focusing on self-growth and experiential learning.Project ManagementLatest addition to my skills, was always in my essence.
