I’m freelancing within three fields—food & sustainability, education, and project management—What and How? Food & SustainabilityI hold a degree in Food Technology and Sciences and an expertise on Circular Economy. I complete my research/intenship at AIMPLAS Research Institution on food waste.Over the past seven years, I’ve traveled to eco-communities, gaining hands-on experience in sustainability.I’m a self-taught cook who has been cooking for large groups at projects and retreats for the last four years.
