Currently me and my team are… Show more I'm working as a Team Leader for our Defence and Security team, which I was founding in 2020. Since, I have recruited four great professionals to the team. We help companies and businesses to boost their innovations from research to market, including for example innovation potential analysis, creation of the project concept, building partnerships and collaborative projects, preparing public funding applications and RFXs, and coordination of EU funded projects. Currently me and my team are focusing on EDF and HEU Cluster 3 funding instruments, and MoDs/NSPA bids. We have extensive knowledge on the European Defence Fund and its mechanisms. Concerning this funding instrument, our team has helped companies in partner search, MoD cooperation and proposal preparation. We are also helping to coordinate the FAMOUS EDIDP project, which gives a good understanding of the Grant Agreement preparation phase as well as the implementation of the on-going EDF project. The RFXs are a new focus area for us but we have already successfully been able to assist companies in preparing the RFXs and ensuring competitiveness and that the bid is fulfilling all requirements.During my 7 years at Spinverse, I have led the preparation of several successful funding applications and at the moment I work in a project owner role in our team. I have experience in a wide variety of EU funding instruments, such as EDIDP, EDF, HEU, H2020 (BBI, NMBP, SPIRE, ICT and SME instrument) and EIC Accelerator. The largest and most complex projects, of which preparation I have led or monitored as a project owner, are FAMOUS2 EDF project (total budget 124 M€), FAMOUS EDIDP project (total budget 9.9 M€), PEFerence (total budget of 45 M€), SWEETWOODS (total budget of 43 M€) and IMPRESS (total budget of 18 M€).
