My drive to learn started as a curious kid; always asking questions and therefore being able to do things myself. That curiosity and perseverance has characterized me from the start on of my professional career. Always wanting to learn and grow. That gives me such energy! Over the last 2.5 years I had the great opportunity to grow from an intern into a Business Development Consultant. Gaining experience in consultative selling, concept development and implementation, teambuilding and coaching. With a strong focus on customer experience, employee engagement and brand activation. Being responsible for the full sales-cycle learned me how to build lasting relationships with partners. Helping individuals, teams and organizations to grow. Making the difference for both clients and colleagues gives me energy. Whether this is challenging a client to discover their true development needs, a brainstorm on increasing brand awareness, or optimizing our internal (business development) processes.
