Ilse Duncan serves as the Operations Manager for 4Sight Channel Partner Cluster - Dynamics Africa, with a focus on optimizing operations in the South Africa (SA) and Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa regions. In my role, I am dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency across our Channel Partner Cluster, ensuring alignment with the broader 4Sight mission and vision as well as further aligning to Microsoft's vision to see their partners grow. 4Sight Channel Partner Cluster, as a Microsoft distributor, is committed to empowering our Value-Added Resellers by facilitating robust partner collaboration and growth through strategic initiatives. My responsibilities include driving the execution of the Joint Marketing Agreements (JMA) with Microsoft, overseeing compliance and key account management, and managing campaigns that amplify the impact of Microsoft solutions for our channel partners.In addition to my core role, I manage Marketing as a Service (MaaS), an AI-powered marketing platform designed to enhance demand generation for channel partners. This service enables our partners to leverage AI for targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives, thereby optimizing their reach and effectiveness in competitive markets. My focus includes overseeing all aspects of demand generation and campaign execution, from strategy formulation to reporting, ensuring our partners can achieve measurable growth outcomes.With a strong foundation in strategic partnerships, people management, and operational leadership, I aim to deliver tangible results while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment.
