Toledo is the electronic learning environment of the Association K.U.Leuven, which is being used by all 13 institutions of the Assocation (over 90.000 students and staff members). The Toledoteam also hosts the eloV learning environment for more than 200 K-12 schools in Flanders. The senior Toledo consultant is responsable for the user support of Toledo and eloV (helpdesk, consultancy, training, documentation, analysing and testing of new applications and upgrades, ...). The Toledo environment consists of the virtual learning environment Blackboard, Questionmark Perception as test platform, and many in-house developed tools (peer assessment, enrollment tool, ...) and integrations with SAP, webmail, social software tools (wiki and blog) and many other ICT-tools.
