Negotiation with the potential Contractors.- Valuation of the potential Contractors on the basis of the scoring model and methodology.- Preparation of the long and short lists of the potential Contractors.- Preparation of the series of the reports to top management suchas: scoring methodology overview, market overview, the long list, the short list participants detailed report.- Final scoreboard with short list participants.- Moderation and lead of the face-to-face negotiations between Clients and short list participants- Preparation of the contracts with the selected Contractors.- Inspection of the selected Contractors (Data centers and software companies).
