During my career as Head of Quality Management at the plant, I have successfully maintained the quality control process in the enterprise. My work included planning the work of the division based on the analysis of information on product quality indicators and taking measures to prevent the release of products that do not meet the established requirements. I actively studied the best domestic and foreign experience in the development and implementation of quality management systems. In addition, I made decisions about the necessity and expediency of repairing components and assemblies, in case of non-compliance with their quality standards.My duties also included providing documentation control for the immediate implementation of urgent additional quality line checks, participating in meetings on production issues and making decisions on actions in case of non-compliance of the quality of products with approved standards. I also supervised the timely implementation of inspection standards and quality assurance control plans, and supervised the organization of test activities to ensure that design changes are implemented and completed on time.Tracking the goals set at the beginning of the year and meeting them, as well as proposing, coordinating, and implementing countermeasures to achieve the goals, were also part of my job. I provided control over the effectiveness of developing measures to improve product quality and control the work on registration of product quality results, keeping records of product quality indicators and compiling periodic reports on the quality of products.

I would like to celebrate 2020, where my achievements in the field of documentation management and dealer network development included:• Publication of 10 regulatory works, such as the Warranty Policy and Customer Service Standards, that contribute to the effective work of the Service Department.* Create more than 30,000 words of documentation covering various aspects of after-sales service and service standards.* Introduction of 8 directives in the Dealer Agreement aimed at improving the performance of Dealer enterprises.* Development of a tool for checking compliance with service standards in Dealer enterprises – "Checklist for compliance with service standards", which includes 7 sections and 75 questions.* Conduct 19 audits of Dealer enterprises and create 19 Individual Development Plans based on the conducted audits.* Drawing up 4 Instructions for the work of the Warranty departments of Dealer enterprises, improving the efficiency of work in this area.* Create 154 slides for the Technical Task of the "WORKSHOP AUTOMATION" project, demonstrating organizational and innovative skills in project implementation.
