Auditing IT projects with budget more than $100mln. Auditing Sberbank cybersecurity processes.I have implemented Agile into IT audit. Under my control IT audit in Sberbank started using modern techs like process mining, graph mining, big data analysis and continuous automated auditing procedures.In 2021 my team have finalized 76 audit reports. Estimated economic effect exceeded $360mln. In 2022 PWC have assessed internal audit in Sberbank as at “better than best practices” level.

It was leading role in IT and production audits at Evraz HQ in Moscow and Evraz Highveld at Witbank, South Africa. I have implemented COBIT methodology in Evraz internal audit process. Almost all of key IT processes were successfully audited and reported to Evraz Audit Committee. As a result, there were such big wins like installation of business continuity plans in every mill and plant of Evraz and redesign of IT architecture, leading to 15% IT operational cost savings and data management improvement. Also, I have integrated PWC TeamMate Audit software for audit activities in Evraz.

I have been a project manager in Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementation team. My responsibility was Revenue/Expenses business-process and IT general computer controls cycle. All processes have been redesigned in-time and external audit (Ernst&Young) confirmed compliance of cycles to SOA.
