Research Design:• Methodological Approach: Identify information gaps and propose research methodologies, including surveys, KIIs, service mapping, and FGDs with communities, backed by strong statistical rationale.• Prepare complete Research Guide = Terms of Reference (TOR) integrating Area based Approach (ABA) validated with partners.Operational Planning and accountability:• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure budgetary alignment and conduct site verifications using GIS and local knowledge, focusing on targeted settlements • Lead Training of Trainers (TOT) for field officers, emphasizing assessments based on ABA-focused data collection methodologies.Targeted Data Collection:• Field Management: Oversee data collection in selected areas based on defined criteria, ensuring adherence to ABA standards.• Conduct daily follow-ups on data cleaning and address field challenges, ensuring compliance with core humanitarian standards.Data Analysis and Validation:• Conducted analysis based on the minimum Camp Management and Camp Coordination standards and with IASC Durable solutions• Lead validation workshops with communities and stakeholders to validate findings and collecting community feedback.• Ensure minimum standards of accountability at all levels, overseeing and quality assurance of accountability mechanisms within the program.Reporting and Engagement and accountability:• Share accountability findings with programme teams and senior management and support their used for improved programming, impact and influencing.• Produce reports, factsheets, and profiles that highlight key findings related to service gaps, community needs & durable solution• Stakeholder Presentations: Present findings to CCCM cluster, and Durable Solutions Working Group more than 50+ partners
