I successfully negotiated, managed and coordinated the process for my happy clients.Sellers - Properly marketing my clients properties to sell faster than the valley average sales time and skillfully negotiated buyer offers/contracts for my sellers. I also helped my sellers locate the next place they now call home.Relocation - Tactfully assisted and coordinated seller transitional moves to other states. I also helped out-of-state/out-of-country buyers relocate here to the Valley of the Sun.

The market started to slow down at but I hung in there and kept selling! Only the strong survive, right?! Short Sales, BPO's and REO's dominated the market. Versatility and adaptability is great! My goal has always been to service, educate and help the public.

I worked with structural engineers to put together structural blue-prints for major commercial projects and custom homes all over the U.S. I would help identify any issues in the original structural design, based on precise AutoCadd designs and consult engineers about any potential conflicts before that could potentially became actual issues in the field. This helped create high quality/top notch engineering for the client, resulting in immaculate results for happy clients. Having previously well over 5 years experience and superior training by some of the best in the business, prior to my employment here, I highly recommend the experienced engineers, based on personal interactions and the quality management here at CTS Structural Engineering!

The market was hot and I was selling!!! It was hard NOT TO sell during period. I gained a lot of experience!

I learned more about the construction industry when I joined Morea-Hall Engineering. I had an excellent manager, mentor and trainer. Here, I learned how about shop drawings, structural inspections and how to interpret and effectively advance a new project in the early stages based on interpreting the engineers initial calculations. We specialized in commercial buildings and custom homes for our clients.

I have much gratitude to the place that believed and saw the value I had to offer as an AutoCadd operator. I was taken under their wings and was trained in how to create structural designs for private and public projects throughout the U.S. The top engineers here are well experienced and concentrate on the quality of the work produced. I learned the foundations of the AutoCadd software program here and earned my initial experience, putting in many hours to properly learn the structural engineering aspect of the construction design part of a project. Cliff Paul, Jack Koehler and the principal engineers here have many years of experience and overlook all projects prior to their final submittal.

My service term was unfortunately cut prematurely and I received a Medical Discharge which is considered as an alternative form of an Honorable Discharge. While serving, we earned the Battle E Ribbon and I was trained in the process of producing, cleansing, handling and recovering JP5 for military aircraft. I was stationed in Norfolk, Va on the largest Naval Base in the world! And honestly, my first sight of the pier when I first arrived, was very intimidating! HUGE warships lined up all along the pier, forget about it! There is nothing like it! While serving in the Navy, I learned to be disciplined, have courage, honor and commitment to everything I applied myself in. To this day, I hold true to the core values I was taught and apply it to my daily activities.I was on LHD-1 (Landing Helo Deck) USS Wasp. LHD's are about 3/4 the size of an Air Craft Carrier. We were an amphibious ship, which transported Marines, equipment and Hum-Vees to the shores, and also had Harriers and various Helicopter aboard for mission support. "Let the journey begin!"
