Design Engineer working with a gas turbine MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) in the propulsion engineering team. In my several years at this company, I have conducted (a) performance and reliability roles on turbofan and turboshaft engines and (b) design engineering support for engine part repairs and tooling design. My role also has a special focus on monitoring engine data and troubleshooting both in operational use with the customers and on our various engine test cells.

Australia Pacific Lng Field Delivery / Collaborative Well Delivery Project

Mechanical Engineer for Leighton Contractors (later CPB Contractors) on the APLNG Gas Gathering project with Origin Energy. This project is one of Australia's largest coal-seam gas projects, based in outback Queensland and piping compressed gas to the liquefaction facilities at Gladstone for future export. I worked in the upstream wellsite construction team, helping manage all facets of construction activities from material supply through to as-built drawings and final client walkdowns.

Aplng Eurombah Creek & Reedy Creek Power Stations (In Outback Queensland)

Project Engineer for Clarke Energy, based at Eurombah Creek / Reedy Creek for construction of two 27MW gas-fired power stations for APLNG. I held the role of site-based mechanical engineer (FIFO from Brisbane), working closely with the construction team to coordinate all construction QA documentation.

Aplng Condabri & Reedy Creek Water Treatment Facilities

June-Sept 2014: Reedy Creek Water Treatment FacilityFIFO mechanical engineer in the position of Mechanical QA Team Leader for Leighton Contractors. Upon arriving on site in June 2014, I helped Leightons successfully meet all major construction milestones. This SMP project was for construction of a Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Facility for Origin Energy / APLNG, purifying coal-seam-gas (CSG) water from deep below the earth’s surface. I led the review and compilation of the mechanical and piping construction MDR. I also created and managed the mechanical QA database, assisted with P&ID walkdowns and helped train undergraduate engineers in QA documentation and hydrotesting procedures.Feb-June 2014: Condabri Water Treatment FacilityInitial placement with APLNG as a FIFO mechanical engineer in construction QA team for Leighton Contractors. Since joining the team at the beginning of 2014, I helped Leightons successfully meet all mechanical construction milestones ahead of schedule. The Condabri Water Treatment Facility was virtually identical to the later one at Reedy Creek. My role at Condabri was a completions QA/QC engineer compiling the mechanical and piping construction MDR. I also assisted with P&ID red-lining, project planning, database management and hydrotest verification.
