- Manage production plan from PPC Department, convert PPC plan from weekly to daily plan.- Campaign 5R/5S activity at production line.- Manage Man Power due to order job, make balancing Man Power refer to yearly plan.- Monitoring Finish Good status day by day to keep delivery schedule from PPC Department.- Coordination across department related with providing sample for new model about material, document, machine availability, jig and tools.- Review supporting document to avoid process and function problem and feedback to related department.- Manage improvement follow up regarding with Quality and Safety issues in Production.- Manage skill up leader/operator by rotation job to achieve multi skill of process.- Manage continuous improvement activity at Production coordination with other Department.

- Design electronic module to support heavy equipment at site (Balikpapan and Pekanbaru) - Improve current control system equipment due to customer qualification - Supporting analyze of electrical problem for heavy equipment that occurs at site - Create Standard Operating Procedure of harness manufacture to support installation of control system heavy equipment- Supporting customer to implement fuel saving project by controlling function of the heavy Equipment- Coordinating project for Jakarta and Balikpapan, share the progress and discussion about the problem during designing- Create electronic module for heavy equipment regarding with fuel saving project by customer

- Controlling Inspection Specification Item during implementation - Make Quality Project Improvement to reduce Outgoing Quality Control defect and in process defect to avoid Market Claim - Proper control Finish Good shipment to prevent wrong shipment problem (Market Quality Up) - Cultivate capability of Quality Assurance Eng/Staff by presentation, discussion & sharing meeting - Develop of knowledge for leader until Inspection Supervisor level by making Technical Product Initial Treatment Guidance

- Quality monitoring during daily production via data server- Productivity up of line assembly collaborate with Engineering and AK department- Continuous Improvement due to Engineering and Quality Assurance abnormality finding

- Preparing document due to New Model Mass Production running at Production- Preparing Jig / Tool for New Model before Mass Production- Conducting process audit at Production refer to Assembly Lay Out document- Quality monitoring during daily production via data server- Making improvement project to reduce PPM defect at Production

- Trouble shooter spinning machine problem due to electrical problem- Spinning machine calibration for electrical parameter to eliminate frequency of auto cutting the yarn periodically (weekly)- Factory facility maintenance and repairing- Repairing electronic module of spinning machine to reduce factory cost- Over haul activity to eliminate electrical and mechanical problem of machine every 6 months
