Provided behavioral modification to children and young adults with severe mental and behavioral challenges in the home and school setting.Supervise, support and/or assist clients in the implementation of designed plans (i.e., IEP, FBA, etc.) to improve social, emotional, physical and self-help skills. Documented daily progress in accordance with Carson Valley procedure. Completion of documentation and reports as required. Provided crisis intervention when needed. Supervised children assigned to their group and monitored their behavior and safety at all times. Assist, support, and/or instruct clients in the planning and implementation of daily activities designed to improve educational skills and encourage development of leisure skills. Actively managed and engaged clients in recreational, leisure or goal activities as needed.
