What are the values?֍ Designing manufacturing machinery made my mindset detail-oriented, because every one-hundredth of a millimeter matters and needs sufficient knowledge of GD&T, on the other hand, through piping a Biogas plant I succeed to learn being a BIG PICTURE guy. Sometimes ignoring tens of millimeters deviation against drawings is essential in piping while understanding and complying standards are more crucial.֍ By working closely to workshops and craftsmen and inspecting during the production, I learned how to mitigate design flaws in terms of manufacturing limitations which is leading to cost efficient design at the end. ֍ Ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a time frame, which I used this key factor during execution of several commissioning.֍ I am confident to express myself a positive thinker with a “can-do” mind-set. No hesitation of getting my hands dirty and execute hands-on jobs when it comes to experimental engineering tasks.֍ Playing effective role in continues improvement projects among R&D team to make smart tools for designer team. In one case, reducing design time by 30% was an outstanding record.
