- Involved in various EPCC projects by conducting detail engineering design including design calculation, simulations, drawings , safety assessment and engineering documentation.- Performed design calculations of key process plant design for terminal facility such as line sizing, pump hydraulic, pressure relief device and level alarm setting calculations.- Managed to simulate pressure surge simulation of firewater at offshore and onshore facility including conducted surge analysis report.- Developed and reviewed drawings (P&ID, UFD and PFD) of process plant and refinery to provide better illustration for plant modification and optimization.- Involved in HAZOP session with client to troubleshoot problem between Terminal Process and Utilities system in Dialog Terminal Langsat Expansion (DTL) Project.

- Designated as person-in-charge for punch list clearance at project site before project completion.- Managed, coordinated and lead a team of contract workers to resolve punch items issues- Reviewed and coordinated firefighting system installation at project site via CAD drawing.- Liaised with clients and vendors in resolving technical issues at the project site such as defect items, purchased item and conducting firefighting system testing.

- Analyzed oil and energy loss and provide Process Monitoring Report of the production in the refinery.- Performed simulations (Aspen Hysys, Unisim) and drawings (PFD, P&ID, isometric) of process units in refinery.- Assist troubleshooting and optimization of catalytic reforming unit via inspection and simulations (UniSim R-470).
