Hi, I'm Imani, a public service professional with 7-10 years of experience in local partnerships, digital project coordination, and educational programming. My mission is to connect people to a variety of resources within the public service sector, and to promote social justice and equity in urban communities.Currently, I work as a Transit Customer Experience (TCX) Project Coordinator at Prince George's County, Maryland, where I provide customer experience, communications, and cross-functional facilitation and support for the OT department. My day-to-day includes facilitating and improving customer experience processes through our County’s Salesforce, PGC311 and leading partnerships for customer experience workshops and bus operator trainings.Prior to transit, I worked in digital marketing and partnerships as an associate for Initiative, a global media agency, on HIV and HCV-related campaigns. Additionally, I have a Master's Degree in Individualized Study from New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Fordham University. I have strong skills in project facilitation, development, creative writing, along with published several works on topics related to urban issues, activism, and identity.
